Established in 1942, we are among the County’s oldest non-profit
organizations. The scope of our operations and the populations we
serve provide exceptional opportunities for professional challenge,
development and growth. Our agency size, broad range of services,
and stability allow an environment for career progression, job enhancement,
and professional enrichment. Contribution to our mission accomplishment
delivers the personal satisfaction of seeing lives change.
In achieving our mission, we utilize a wide array of medical, mental
health, and chemical dependency professionals including psychiatrists,
psychologists, nursing professionals from LPN to ARNP, mental health

rigid academic prerequisites. In addition, the State of Washington
requires registration, certification, or licensure for all professional
positions. Detailed requirements appear on each position description.
Possessing the credential is a precondition to employment.
Our professional staff is supported by administrative staff performing
program administration, medical records, finance/accounting, volunteer
coordination, and human resources functions. Prerequisites vary widely
