The Life You Change Could be Your Own!

4Results is a high quality mentoring program of CRMHS that matches adult mentors with youth who are receiving mental health services. Many of our youth are dealing with grief, depression, or other mental health issues. Each child needs a consistent, trustworthy adult in his/her life to act as role model for him/her.
4Results has two separate mentoring programs: a community based program and a school based program. In both programs, mentors choose the youth they want to mentor.

 

4Results Community Based Program
After being matched with a child, mentors in the community based program pick up their friend from home and take him/her out into the community for an activity once a week. The children are ages 7-18 and are enrolled in mental health services in Clark County.

4Results at Fir Grove (School Based Program)
All children in this program are 4th-8th graders enrolled at Fir Grove Children’s Center. Fir Grove is a day treatment school where children receive their education and mental health support. These children are identified as having the greatest needs in Southwest Washington. Mentors visit their friend at the school for an hour once a week. They are also welcome to schedule times to take trips take trips into the community after school or on weekends.
